You may return your garment within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt/delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused, unaltered, and have all original tags and packaging.
Exchanges or Store Credit
Once we receive your garment, we will inspect it and notify you that we received it. You will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Marigold Couture’s garments are of limited edition, therefore, you will receive store credit if we no longer have the same garment you originally purchased.
Shipping on Returns
You will be responsible for shipping expenses on any returns you wish to make. Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a mistake was made on our end, we will credit the shipping expense you incurred to your account.
